1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Richmond LLC services (“ Headhunting agency”), you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all clients utilizing our recruitment and placement services. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Services Provided
The Agency specializes in recruiting and vetting overseas talent for U.S.-based companies. Services include:
Identifying and vetting candidates.
Facilitating interviews between the Client and candidates.
Assisting in the hiring process until a candidate is placed.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
3.1 Placement Fee:
The Client agrees to pay a placement fee equal to 20% of the candidate’s first-year gross salary upon hire.
3.2 Deposit Fee:
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to begin the recruitment process. This amount is applied toward the placement fee.
3.3 Payment Due Date:
Full payment of the placement fee is due within [insert number] days of the candidate's acceptance of the job offer. Late payments may incur a [insert percentage]% penalty.
4. First-Time Customer Offer
First-time customers are eligible for a second hire free of charge within six months after their first hire.
No deposit fee or placement fee will apply for the second hire.
This offer is valid for six months following the successful placement of the first hire.
5. Refund Policy
The placement fee is non-refundable. However, if the candidate leaves the position within [insert duration, e.g., 90 days], the Agency will provide a replacement candidate at no additional placement fee. This guarantee applies only once per position.
6. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements.
Respond promptly to candidate profiles and scheduling requests.

Failure to meet these obligations may result in service delays or termination of this agreement.
7. Candidate Confidentiality
The Client agrees to keep all candidate information confidential and not share it with third parties outside of the hiring process.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Agency is not liable for:
Decisions made by the Client in the hiring process.
Performance or conduct of hired candidates.
Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
9. Termination of Services
The Agency reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion, including cases where the Client violates these Terms.
10. Governing Law
